App Center v4.2 Migration guide

Migration to Symantec App Center 4.2 involves adding new servers that support RHEL/CentOS 6.4 and adding an MDM Core database to the existing App Center database. The migration will involve some down time to current production servers. A first version of a migration guide has now been published to Symwise.
