Notification Server 6.0 SP3 R10 now supports SQL 2005 SP3.
Currently Deployment Solution 6.9 SP1 MP1 (and earlier) and Notification Server 7.0 and 7.0 sp1 are not supported on SQL 2005 SP3. Support for SQL 2005 SP3 is planned for a future release.
